As always the two Thomas bakery for daughter in Sunny Isles and the son in Frederiksted. They have created a foundation of the number one bakery here on St. Croix bread, TT bread, tarts, raisins buns, coconut drops,, fritters, etc.. Made with love but be sure to plan ahead and come early, the good stuff goes fast! We arrived in the early afternoon but were able to get our hands on a few tarts and some donuts! Yum yum yum! If you have a sweet tooth and want a taste of the island this is your spot, the pineapple and guava tarts are MUST HAVES!
