Swig — Local services in Saint George

New at Desert Color: Swig drive thru has been open since Veterans Day. Their grand opening is on Nov 20, 2024. You will then be able to enter the front door to order in. This location has been going off all week with a line around the lot especially after school gets out. The employees are super friendly and all smiles. It was our 1st time here and the guy taking our order was super patient and helpful suggesting items. He informed us they were all out of Almond Roca which was base for some of our orders so we had to change it up.

The lady at the drive thru window was cheery and excited it was our 1st time. We enjoyed our drinks, snacks, and sweet treats. I like that the prices are affordable for something extra that brings joy to my family. Love the seasonal flavors. Try to get them while you can since they won’t last long. Have always loved and gone to swig, but their consistency is lacking at this location. All other swig locations you get 2 gummy sharks on a shark attack, but last time they gave me only 1 and I have a shark obsessed boy who got sad. No biggie. I’ll just ask for extra next time. When I came back I asked the worker outside how many gummy sharks they’re supposed to put on the drink, he said 1 for a kids size, everything else it’s 2. I get to the window and the girl gives us our drink with 1 shark. I ask her if I can get another one, she said they’re only supposed to do 1 and if I want more I’ll have to pay for extra, even though the guy outside told me differently. She gave me more anyway which was super nice of her! It sounds dumb over a gummy shark I know, but when you have a restaurant chain you need to be consistent across the board. This location has never been consistent. I love the boulevard location the best. Hopefully they can get better at this...

Took FOREVER to get my drink. I mean I know you're training but when there's a large line, maybe pause help thr customer then continue. Also the drinks were made very poorly. I got a texas tab that had entirely too much coconut, its my go to so I know how its supposed to be. The fruit water i got was horrible. I threw it away! The fruit was a massive frozen ball of diced fruit they literally just pulled out of the freezer, frozen solid....the one by smiths on mall drive is WAY better. I'll try this place one more time, if its better than last I'll revise my review, if not and this is still here you can know it was under par twice in a row.

Second time going back I left because it took SO long to get my drink because the line was so long. The line was long because only 1 person was making all the drinks for the walk ins and the drive thru. I would save time just to drive to the one on Mall Dr. It's apparent this is...
