Just visited this store today and had a bad experience with one of your cashiers. He was not wearing a name tag, so could not tell you specifically who he was, but he was a larger gentleman wearing a light blue Walgreens polo and khaki pants, I believe. Very rude and short-tempered. No patience whatsoever when I asked him a simple question. Seemed very annoyed of having to deal with a polite customer who only wanted to know if something was on sale after being told the total. In a very snarky tone said, “I don’t know if it’s on sale, you have to type your number in for me to see that.” I had already tried to type in my number when he asked me to and the screen on the keypad wasn’t working. He fixed the keypad and then turned it around to me and told me the total before I had a chance to put my number back in. I guess at least give me a chance to re-type my number in before telling me the total, so I’m not confused as to why the total is so much, and don’t be so rude about it and make me feel like I’m stupid when I question the total that you told me. My husband and I never have any issues when we come in to purchase cigarettes and household items. She is a Caucasian woman with white hair that works the morning shift and she’s the only person that gives us a hard time. She gives us an attitude for no reason. She greets everyone that walks in the store but when we come she doesn’t. It almost makes us feel uncomfortable. My husband always purchases cigarettes there with no problem but when she’s there she denies him the purchase of cigarettes because of an expired identification card and all she needs to see is his age. He is a 51year old black man with grey hair. I purchased a visa debit card from the same woman and she loaded the cash on the card and everything so l came back the next morning to use it she says that I can’t use the card there but it was at the same cash register she processed it on. Read moreBY FAR THE WORST PHARMACY SERVICE EVER. My partner had his covid vaccine appointments here and at both appointments the associates asked him wait for "15 minutes". He ended up waiting for over an hour to be helped while others after him were helped. He just returned from his second appointment where he waited for over 2 HOURS!! The whole time he was told he couldn't be found in the system because the associate thought he was getting a prescription refill. Had she actually listened to him when he said he was there for his covid shot AND actually looked at his confirmation when shown, she would have found him in the system. Better train your employees to listen and do their job. I too work in the retail field, but this is beyond...
