I waited awhile to post this review in order to make sure my emotions did not play a part in writing this. The only reason I gave them two stars (instead of 1, or 0...) is because they ended up fixing my problem (probably after the manager talked with the owner). I walked in on a Sunday to get a new phone. The account is under my dad's name, and Ryan looked at my ID, said I was an authorized user, then gave me the phone. The next day I went in because we had insurance added (without asking me), and my parents wanted it taken off. The girl at the desk and the manager would not let me take the insurance off because I wasn't an authorized user. They were extremely rude and treated me as a huge inconvenience. I called my parents, who own the account, and they told them to take the insurance off. The manager was visibly (and audibly) annoyed and would not work with my parents. She said they needed to be in the store, and she had no idea how I got the phone in the first place the day prior. Finally, with nothing fixed, I left the store. Before I left, the girl I originally spoke to was completely rude and would not acknowledge anything I was saying-- almost as if she was pretending I wasn't there in front of her and talking? Anyway, after I left, my parents called me and told me that the manager called them back and the problem was fixed. She also apologized for "how they treated me in the store. It probably seemed like they were annoyed at me, but they were annoyed at the breach of security since I wasn't an authorized user." Go to Lima or an actual Verizon store next time... this was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service at any...

Sold an 80 year old woman an $870 Tablet that she didn't need, lied to get access into the account since she didn't have authority to put anything on it. Only found out when we received an email stating there were changes to our account. After several back and forth conversations with corporate and this store we were finally able to get everything returned. They had me reconnect the discontinued line so they could return the items but never turned off the line when everything was done. When I called the store they said they must of forgotten to tell us. Now this was 2 sales associates and the manager that we delt with and no one bothered to say anything. We did report them to corporate Verizon and corporate was very nice and made sure we did not get charged for any of this. Please beware when dealing with this store as they cannot...
   Read moreWOW!!! Is all I can say. I walked in the store at 7:15 PM and Ben was helping a couple of ladies, 8:15 comes around and he finished up the ladies and starts helping us. Store closed at 8 but he let us know that he will stay as late as needed for us. I walked in planning on upgrading one phone but I left with 2 new phones and a new tablet for less than what I was paying before. Ben put me in a 2 generation newer phone and wasn't pushy about it at all. He was looking out for my best interest as i was paying too much for an older phone. We got 2 iPhone xr's, 2 cases, 2 screen protectors and a tablet for under $300 out the door. We came across a little problem but Ben figured it out and got us on our way! We were there for 3 hours after close and I have never been so impressed with someone's patience. This man is great and I am so thankful I got to meet him today. Thanks for all of your help, Ben.
