Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Saint Marys

I personally would have given no stars if it allowed me to. The staff was rude and ignored me for 15 minutes before telling me they be right with me taking another 10 minutes to get my order. Wasn't giving my discount when she said she did. Then when I requested my receipt she told me very loudly in front of everyone I don't need to be rude. I asked about the items missing from their store she was rude. Got a very irritated tone. I have been going to Starbucks since I was 15 years old. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The one in target has one employee and does better with a positive attitude vs. The 2 people who worked yesterday at your kroger Starbucks. It ruined my whole kroger experience. Kroger almost lost a customer because I almost turned around and went home. She belittle me, embarrassed me and treated me as if I was an annoyance. well I don't get paid to go there, she gets paid to be there. Obviously needs a new calling because customer service is not it. I've been here multiple times in the past and this is the first time I felt this way however looking at the comments below it is probably the same staff. I just been getting luck. I normally go on Saturdays first...

To start with this is a satellite Starbucks within a grocery store. It is not a full service Starbucks, and it has no easy way to get to from the highway. Also no signs outside to indicate that the grocery store has it inside.

When ordering it was hard to hear the person at the register, or anyone else behind the counter. All of them need to speak up since it sounded like mumbling. The part of the counter where you place your order was full of clutter. Not enough room to put down a purse. The worker didn't smile, and didn't seem thrilled to be employed. The worker asked me for a card to the grocery store, but not for my Starbucks card. Which is good because I don't think they would of been able to handle the on my iPhone.

Although there were four people behind the counter, only one person was actually making the orders. That person burned the shot horribly.

There was nowhere to really wait for your order, and there was no stand to finish off your coffee. Let alone...

I was visiting from out of town, went to order my usual which I guess isnt at every location which is fine but Victoria working rolled her eyes and got very rude when she told me if it wasnt in the case they didnt have it. She also took 3 more orders before beginning making ours. Meanwhile her "help" wasnt even behind the counter because they had been fighting when we walked up and she wouldnt come help. And then miss Victoria kept being rude even when she called out my drink and I had to ask her to repeat it because I didnt hear what she said, she repeated it in a really slow loud mocking kind of tone. Hands down the worst starbucks I've ever been to. OH and then our drinks were awful. I HATE Biggby and I'm going there next...
