BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Saint Marys

Coffee is great, staff was rude. I ordered two iced lattes with oat milk and they came up hot which that’s fine mistakes happen no biggie. I walked to counter and just let them know they were supposed to be iced and I apologized for the inconvenience even tho it wasn’t my fault lol. They just stared at me, didn’t say a word and gave me a dirty look. So I walked away hoping they were making me iced ones but I really wasn’t sure since no one even acknowledged me….. very odd. Then when she placed the new ones up she just named the drinks without saying “oat milk” so I asked her if they were oat bc she called someone else drink out with oat so it was odd she didn’t with mine. And she gave me another dirty look and said yes. The one in particular that was extremely rude has dark hair and glasses and was making the lattes. Didn’t catch her name but she shouldn’t work in customer service if she doesn’t know how to...

I think this is the first bad review i have given a place. The staff were neither polite or courteous. We weren't offered a receipt. The girl gave me a 24 oz drink when I ordered a 32 oz. They forgot our bagel and when asked, said that it was almost done. Then we proceeded to witness her tell the bagel girl to rush the everything bagel with plain cream cheese. So bagel girl, instead of toasting, microwaves our bagel to get it done quicker. While this is happening people are being served that ordered well after us, with more complicated orders. After finally receiving my 15 minute rubbery nuked bagel mush my coffee was already cooling, like my mood, after expecting at least some effort from a franchise. Today was my first visit to Biggby Coffee. I had a rather large shopping list for Kroger and saw a 50% off frozen drinks, so I said why not give it a try? I refuse to give Starbucks any money due to their business practices. I ordered a 24oz frozen Mocha Caramel and since they had sandwiches I got a sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. Staff was very friendly even though they were very busy between inside guests and the drive thru. I still got my order rather quick I thought. The drink was fantastic! I mean it was REALLY good. The sandwich was ok for a microwaved sandwich. They made a believer out of me! I will now be a Biggby Coffee regular. Also the inside and out was very clean and the mensroom was also clean and...
