UPDATE: 09/27/23 stopped here again after having a wonderful experience in August. Teagen waited on me for my carry out order. She was awesome! She listened to me, my questions, food was great! People like her don't know the impact & influence they have on someone's day when they go above & beyond, which she did! Companies need to recognize employees like her & do what's needed to keep her! I was in the area, called to place to go order. Likes: It's a Tuesday, so wings cheaper. Food was ready on schedule -minus two minutes, food was hot, tasty, got EVERYthing I ordered & needed, including condiments & napkins, like the box food was in to keep foods separate. Dislikes: (Since is a Tuesday) to get B1, G1 wings, HAVE TO DINE IN, carry out is B1, 50% 1, not fair! What I did not like: She did not tell me they automatically charge .99 cents MORE for ANY carry out orders! Lastly, the cashier was friendly enough, EXCEPT when she brought my food out to the counter, she handed it quickly to me & took off for the back! I didn't get to ask my question, so I left. Been nice to hear, "anything else"....I ended up opting for the "Lunch special" 10 wings, fries & drink for $13.00 (plus .99 carry out charge).All in all, thank goodness the food was great, $13.99 for a lunch is not cheap. Read moreSeems to be some confusion with how seating works here. We asked to sit on the patio and we're told to walk straight out there. When we arrived there were no available tables (one was empty but had to be cleaned). We were then told that we could not wait on the patio while it was being cleaned and had to go back inside and be escorted back out (somewhat rudely- made us feel like we were misbehaving children). We went back inside to wait for the table to be cleaned and were then informed when it was ready to just walk back out there. Our server was very friendly. It was the height of the dinner rush and she was busy. Our food was cold when it arrived (just appetizers) but we had three hungry kids that we needed to feed and they didn't mind so we didn't mention it. I understand that things are different and stressful for businesses right now with new guidelines but it seems that all the staff should be on the same page with how to manage seating arrangements to avoid a party of five making two unnecessary trips in and out of the restaurant through a busy dining room. Also some some common courtesy and being friendly as opposed to condescending is still quite possible and not too much to ask. We've eaten here on other occasions without issue and gotten takeout frequently with positive experiences so perhaps we just caught them...
Read moreI ordered 6 wings and got 6 free online my husband left while I was ordering, he went in and the lady went in to check on them and a man ask if he’d been helped and my husband said no and the man said he just dropped them two minutes ago. We got them home and I ate one and started feeling nauseous, my husband ate his and then he started feeling sick. They weren’t warm and if he just dropped they should have been hot. I called and spoke with Andrew and he pretty much called me a liar he said ok ma’am I know they were hot cause I dropped them myself. I ask if they always put that much salt and vinegar on it and he said it was spec. He put so much on it to cover up them sitting there to where the were superficially warm. What did I want from calling free bad wings ,no, thank you! Horrible customer service and the manager. We won’t eat there again. We think we have food poisoning. If we need to go to the hospital we will take them to get tested. For sure calling the health department in the morning. No one should have their stomach rumbling when they chicken.
