I absolutely love MinneBun! They sell them at different events around the Twin Cities (most recently at the Saint Paul Farmers Market). They are such delicious steamed buns. They sell a variety of flavors, both sweet and savory, including BBQ pork, chicken green curry, taro, custard, etc. My personal favorite flavors are pandan and custard, but they are all really amazing! My husband and I discovered these steamed buns at the St. Paul Farmer's Market. We each got one, made a tour of the market, and each got a second one. They are stunningly delicious! I would eat these daily if I could. The dough was as airy as a cloud and the filling was flavorful....
