Target — Local services in Saint Paul

1)The man in electronics was a sweetheart. Loved him he was very patient with my son. 2)There was 3 others in the back that went out of their way to help us find an item. A lady in the food section and 2 men in the toy holiday area. 3)The cashier that I had was amazing. He was sweet, polite, very respectful. 4)The two people at customer service were very helpful. The lady I dont know her name she was amazing. She helped she listened to me fully before she replied. She deserves a raise she deserves to be manager. She offered me one price but had to get it okayed by the manager to sell me it and to sell me the rest that you guys had. 5)The manger that was there is very rude. She was on the self checkout. Snatching things out of the cashiers hand and saying I'm not selling that to her. Which one was rude two it was on the shelf in the toy section it was a little maybe inch dino. Then what took it all which made me even more mad then her disrespect of not explaining anything and just walking away. She belittled the lady at Customer service. When this young lady did nothing wrong. She was making the customer happy. The manager yelled at her "Dont you ever tell a customer that we will sell something to them. That is my job." This manager really left a bad taste in my mouth for the store. Which she did sell me the one item for $4.00 (not the dino. A thing my son wanted which had a price tag on the shelf). But as she walked away she told another cashier "she is to only get this one no more." 6)I called and the phone rang and rang and rang. I hung up called back same thing. I did this 4 times. I even tried the HR button same thing they should have a voicemail. I understand you are short staff. 7)I called another store to have them explain to me the policy to me. Which they answered on...

This terrible star rating is actually for the staff in sales department specifically at the electronic section their mobile promotion people. They are super super weird people. First of all they greet you and then go with their mobile tactic promotion and when you say no because we honestlydon't want to waste our time and their time hearing all the promotions that we have no chance in buying, we went to target to relax not this promotion harassment shit, this specific bald white dude, got defensive because we aren't interested. He cant take no for an answer and weird vibe after that. Weirdest sales people we have encountered, somethings off about them, so bec ause of that it's unappealing and weird for target to have this kind of shopping experience. The target itself is good but they don't have the ulta section like any other target, I notice some items are not stocked or some shelves are empty but its pretty clean and organize for the most part. Other than those weirdos, if you dont encounter them, it's a laidback vibe, Has starbucks which is good. 3 to 4 starts for the target itself only if it wasn't for...

'Twas a dark Monday evening when I decided my need for envelopes could not wait any longer. I began my journey and set out for the closest store that would sell envelopes. But my eyes saw the bullseye just a little further than my original planned stop. The gravitational force was strong. Before I knew it, I was walking into Target. The new Fall line of clothing was out, so I had to check it out. I liked it. I then made up my own song about putting that cardigan in my cart. Wait why did I grab a cart? Ooo I needed toilet paper.
