Slumberland Furniture Clearance Outlet — Local services in Saint Paul

Decided to stop in over the weekend and attempt to help my niece find furniture for her 1st apartment... We were literally they only people in the store. The person behind the desk did say hello however he didn't stand to greet us he didn't even raise his eyes from the computer he was on. Ok no problem... Maybe he was working on an order... We walked around looking for a small couch or chase sectional and in walks a couple and to my surprise the sales person gets up goes over to greet them and tells them about the specials they had. I guess we didn't look like we were going to spend any money. So we left and the next day we went elsewhere... Not only did I buy my niece a small sectional I got myself a new living room set too and somehow she convinced me to buy a new bedroom set🤦🏾‍♀️ it is very beautiful and I'm truly in love. I work hard and am particular where I spend my hard earned money and although I paid more elsewhere ( when slumberland had an extra 20% off) the sales people at the other furniture place made us feel welcomed. The staff at this location are amazing. However I ordered a livingroom set and it is now following about at the seam I contacted slumberland and they told me to contact the insurance company so I did that after I submitted my claim to the insurance company they looked at the photos and said this is a factor default and it is not covered and told me to contact slumberland. I went back to slumberland and they said I was just over the warranty date so there's nothing they will do to fix it so I'm now expected to continue to pay on furniture that's tore up. All employees are clueless on company policies the clearance center on suburban in st. paul. I spoke to Josh originally and made purchase with him. He said not to put in dumpster, charge is extreme thru garbage company pickup. He said to leave it on dock of big garage door & he would put a plastic bag on it for disposal purposes. A Tom was there the day we picked up new mattress & dropped off old for disposal. Tom said he didn't know why Josh told us to leave old mattress on dock. He said put it in a dumpster. Neither of these employees seemed to know exactly how to dispose of the old mattress & it was utterly confusing.
