My niece and me went to order some subway around 10ish pm. My niece went and got a spirt while I was looking at the menu to order place my order 3 x footlong for $20 while also checking at my coupon to make sure that it will apply to what I was going to order. Then the rude and unprofessional lady asked me if I was going to use coupon, so I told her yes. She then look at her another colleagues and they both started giggling right after hearing that I was going to use the coupon. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! So I straight up asked her what wrong with using coupon, but they wouldn't answer me back. I put my niece sprite back and straight told them about their rude and unprofessional atittude and left because they doesnt deserve my business.
They need to understand $20 dollar is not cheap for 3 subways especially with the high inflation that we are experiencing right now. They should treats every customer like how they would want to be treated. I don't understand how can they can so rich and yet still working at subway?! Shouldn't they be more humble?!
I forgot to ask their name but it happened on 4/ 25/ 24 at 10:55pm. One of them was a Mexican lady and another one is African American lady. Please teach and train these two ladies better regarding about customer service and how to treat every customer with respect...
Read moreThis Subway is filthy. Stood in line for approximately 15 minutes waiting to order. It was dinnertime and busy, so I could understand the wait. Fortunately, that gave me time to really view my surroundings. First, a teenager in line sneezed over the potato chip section at the counter and didn't bother to try to contain it. Yuck! Okay, so no potato chips for me. Then, as I moved up in line, I was able to see behind the counter. The floor didn't look like it had ever been mopped, there was a layer of grime on the fixtures, and water was leaking on the floor from one of the appliances. That was just what I could see from my vantage point on the customer side of the counter. I can only imagine what the conditions were in the parts of the restaurant I couldn't see. That thought nearly ruined my appetite. I left and went to the Subway on Weir Drive in Woodbury. The difference was striking. The Woodbury restaurant was clean and efficient. I shared my experience with the order taker at that location. He said they prided themselves on maintaining a clean restaurant. Kudos for them! That pride is missing at the one on White Bear. Apparently the franchisee and the manager have checked out. That's not a place I'd want to work at and certainly wouldn't want to buy food from. Won't be patronizing that...
Read moreFor starters I just wanna say I tried calling the store back about the issue and I tried reaching out online as well and have not received a response. March 30 around 9:30 PM I went in and ordered two sandwiches the first one was a spicy Italian(no issues) The second one was a tuna sub, I also want to say that the service was great the employees were friendly and able to make everything quickly, however the food was not so good, The sandwich in question was the tuna one I also had guacamole added to the sandwich($2/3 extra for one little scoop) The guacamole had a weird taste it was either expired or had went bad although it did not look brown, I could not finish the sandwich so I decided to rip off the bottom half where the guacamole was and just eat the top part but the tuna was also not that good. I am mediately got a really bad headache and started feeling nauseous although I did not vomit it was to the point where I could have, I tried calling the store there was no answer and I did not feel well enough to drive back there. I’m not the type of person that usually complains or demands a refund but after getting sick I definitely would want my money back!
