Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Saint Paul

I give them one star because I just called for my wife she had ordered two chicken sandwiches in a large potato for a launch break why she was at work they give her the wrong order she called nobody picked up so today she calls a manager picks up she say she explained to the woman the reason why she wasn’t able to come back in bring the food back is because she’s on a timer with being a nurse so the lady tells her she should have kept the food in her car in order for them to current her order like what kinda business is going on there like I feel like dat is totally unfair to most of us definitely with the manager being Spanish or Mexican or whatever you want to call it like all she wanted was her order replacement from yesterday that’s all in she gave the food that was the wrong order to a homeless woman in her kid who was so very hungry she didn’t have enough time to turn back or anything all she did was call to let them no n they did not answer the phone in she calls today n still gets disrespected by the manager then she hang up in her face that is so rude now my wife is feel bad because she spent money in something...

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I don’t expect much, it’s COVID and dinner time. This is the first and only time I have gone to Popeyes.

I ordered ahead and had to go through the drive thru (which isn’t a big deal, that’s how they have to operate during these times) and I didn’t get half of my order.

I called them 8 times, with no answer. In fact, at least two of the calls were declined since they didn’t ring the entire time. I went to the door and they motioned for me to go through the drive thru again (the line we exceeding the parking lot, filling into the Main Street) and wouldn’t even ask what was wrong.

I understand that they cannot have people in the lobby, I wasn’t asking for that. I couldn’t even ask for what I actually wanted (just my food I ordered) but they wouldn’t listen to me, they just motioned for me to go through the drive thru, again.

I would say that the hassle isn’t worth the food. Go somewhere else (like KFC, Cane’s, Chik-fil-a, etc) or a different location may be better. I wasn’t even able to eat my food warm, because they ignored me for...

If I can give this Popeyes I live in the area and I come here a lot and every time that I come here Big Mike is his name says he's the manager he always is very rude very sarcastic and don't allow you to order your food away that you would like to order it he cut you off and when I asked for condiments he refused to give me condiments and tell me it's a restriction on there this evening I went with the same coupon that I go with every time that I come to Popeyes and he told me that the coupon was not real after he has tooken it many many times I asked him his name he gave it to me and I told him I was going to call corporate and he began to yell at me and told me that I don't need to come there anymore if I don't think that he is polite to me and I told him I should be able to come to any restaurant that I want to this is how he asked every time that I go I'll try to avoid going when he works because he gives everyone a hard time how he became a manager I will never understand the food is good the customer service is terrible they don't even tell you to have a good day...
