stereo installation was ok, back up cam stopped working, i had them install a lightbar, the thing looks like my little brother put it on with elmers glue or something, I asked them to fix it or pay to have it fixed, the guy was respectful while disrespecting me, telling me insurance will not back my claim & that i would have no leg to stand on, drilled holes thru my roof (just about every other company says that shouldnt be done) but bc "its not leaking" he says he's not really required to do anything, so i have this light bar on my truck leaning like its dope sick and im gonna have to pay 600 to get it fixed and then another 3 or 400 to REINSTALL my light bar properly. either that or go to small claims or or try to get his insurance to pay. I think that if a customer is not happy with their work, the effort to make them happy should be a little more evident. i think i'll just leave my experience with this place here and with the BBB and just avoid bringing my 2 trucks back there, as well as make sure i steer clear anyone i know who might be thinking about goin there for work. very bad experience with this place, and i recommend anyone who reads this to go somewhere where your money is...

Wow. I knew I wanted to have a little boom boom in my truck. What I didn't know was how to connect everything or which systems would sound the best for my preferred music. I never thought a 10" Kicker could make me taste the music. Placing the box almost under the driver seat was... unexpected. Granted, the vibrations from the box I'm basically sitting on have made my commute melt away with the pulsing rythems penetrating my "soul" deeper than that one girl did in college that one time. Audio Creations recently installed an audio head unit in my 2014 infiniti. I watched the youtube video about installing the unit. It involved removing all the plastic trim around the console and removing the center display. I couldn't imagine doing this without breaking some of the plastic trim. When I pick up my car I couldn't tell that a new audio unit had been installed. Everything was perfect and the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend...
