WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I do not recommend this veterinarian for your cat. MY APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED at 1:45pm. I showed up at 1:30pm to fill out paperwork as I was a new patient. No one else was in the waiting room except myself. Within minutes of walking in, I was escorted to an exam room. At 2:05 PM I watched the staff stroll in from lunch, my cat didn’t get seen until 2:50pm. My two year old cat was so frightened, she was crying. Never in my conceivable mind did I think I would be required to wait in an empty veterinarian office for over 1.5 hours for a two minute veterinarian examination. These animals are frightened. Do you care? From the time I arrived until the minute I checked out the waiting room was empty… Not one patient walked past the exam room that I was left to sit in for over 1.5 hours as my cat hid behind a trash can on the floor in the exam room. The exam room was right next to the receptionist. Not one patient or cat walked past my room. How could you leave a frightened house cat sit in a room for over one and a half hours especially with an empty waiting room. One hour and fifteen minutes later the Vet tech walked in. After a 10 minute assessment the vet tech walked out. Another 10 minutes, went by before the vet walked in. My cat was on the floor hiding in the corner behind a trash can, she was so frightened. I only wish I would’ve walked out. My two year old house cat was petrified as she waited almost two hours to be seen for a five minute vet check.

I clean my cat litter box 2 times a day, I wash out and change the litter box once a month. My house is meticulous. I do not own any other pets. My cat loves water. She eats wet food along with dry food. We do not wear shoes in our house. $2192.39 later my 2 year old healthy cat has a cold, sneezing, right eye infection, Urinary tract infection (UTI) a temperature of 105.7, IV fluids, Antibiotics, catheter, and right eye infection. I can’t help but wonder if room sanitation, hand washing, hygiene part of your daily routine? My cat is really sick. She NEVER had any health concerns until her stressful uneventful visit to...

My very grumpy, black cat had open sores on her paw and around her mouth. Took her to the Cat Hospital, expecting a display of her worst behavior that I had the staff already made aware of. Muffy is not a very nice cat. I found her many years ago in the middle of the highway as a tiny kitten and thought from afar that she was dead. Only to see this itty-bitty black gremlin sitting upright, cars zooming past at high speeds. I stopped and grabbed her, she protested by hissing, scratching, growling and spitting like a mad 200 lbs panther. She was hurt (brain damage would explain a few things…) and I got her fixed up. So much for the back story and the start of our at times uneasy, but eventually loving cohabitation.

I managed to wrestle Muffy into the carrier - Hulk Hogan would have been proud of me! I was filled with dread when the staff met us in the reception area, armed with thick leather gloves for protection. I opened the carrier in the examination room and Muffy strutted out, calm as a cucumber, allowed the poking and probing and did everything in her might to prove me a liar. 😁

Maybe it was the calm demeanor of the staff, combined with the friendly atmosphere of the hospital, or maybe Muffy just wanted to show off, I will never know. Most importantly, the doctor identified the issue, administered medication and sent us on our merry way. The issue cleared up within a week and Muffy has found a new vet for life! Doctor was so thorough with our pet...Mr Himmy came home so peaceful even after blood work & other.. Doctor took the time to hear me out...took much time & patience to look right at me & explain what I should & shouldn't do for our beloved pet. She knew exactly what needs for our older Cat & is also caring for our little 6 month old Siamese Fi Fi...as well as her techs & front desk are so professional & caring too. If you are looking for a medical professionals to give your pet a long healthy life...or a new start...you found your Veterinarians. I just wish we had found this office sooner...We needed this doctor's office so much .Our search is over. It's near the beaches but near Seminole & not far from largo or other. Wherever you are..Dr Klemawesch & Dr Repeta are both great caring Doctors ...find relief in your search....
