Kirk has come to my rescue once again this year !! My computer was locked up with a virus, he was able to unlock it, and install a new operating system. Thank you again so very much, Kirk. !! now it is faster than ever, and my information was restored. (posting this in Sept 2024).

Kirk has been a Godsend to me and my father for nearly 20 years. We have had his expertise & services in person at several residences and online via remote access, too. Recently, I encountered a nasty problem w/ my 2-year old HP laptop. Basically, the laptop was in a continuous "blue-screen" loop and would not boot-up. After spending nearly 5 hours trying unsuccessfully to correct the problem, I contacted Kirk (the Geek In St. Pete) - who proved to be highly responsive, courteous, professional and competent.

Kirk diagnosed the problem quickly (a failing hard-drive), installed a new hard-drive and reloaded Windows (along w/ MS Office and a number of other programs) - all at a reasonable price, and in a timely manner. The laptop is now running like a new machine.

In closing, I highly recommend Kirk, especially for those of us who work from home, and need occasional technical support. We are very fortunate to have a professional like Kirk here in St. Petersburg.

Do not use this person to work on your computer. He was very expensive Not only did he NOT fix my problem but made it WORSE, and I lost a bunch of files. He said if I wear a mask I must be a Democrat (I'm an Independent) and proceeded to rant his political views. However, the most distressing is when I happened to check my settings and found he'd installed a login program without my knowledge and without my permission so he could access my information at will.
