Ordered online went into store only employee was sitting at a table on his phone I said I had placed an order online and he walked towards the door to the back. He didn’t sit there for two more minutes on his phone, then went into the back and then stood there on his phone for another 20 seconds before I asked him if he was gonna start making my order he told me I have 20 minutes to do that according to the app you should read what it says there I said that’s not really good customer service. He said don’t tell me how to do my job I said please refund my order he went to the register and told me that he was refunding my order. He didn’t finish the receipt and walked over and started to try to make me an order, I knew it was my order because I could see my name at the top of the receipt and he I said I would like a refund again and he said I have another order I’m working on I said no that’s my order you’re working on I want a refund I left there really angry. Read moreWish I could give 0 stars!!! I ordered 2 egg and cheese footlongs on the Subway app and received 2 footlongs with everything but the egg and cheese. We were already home when we found the issue and normally I would just eat the product. But missing the main "core" ingredients is a joke.
I drove back to the store and asked if we could fix this mistake and I was told their location does not offer eggs. I then asked "why is the egg option available on the app for this location?" I was then told the "app isn't up to date."
I asked for a refund as I did not want 2 footlongs with veggies and some sauce. I was told I have to go through the app for the refund. I asked him to show me how to do this on the app and offered him my phone. I asked if there was a manager we could call to see if maybe they know how to refund an order placed on the app. He then told me he was the Assistant Manager, and that I need to dispute this with my bank.
So yeah, literally got ripped off and the "Assistant Manager" straight up told me to go talk to my bank about it. I would avoid this location...

I ordered the foot long pit smoked brisket, the guy messed up, and spilled all of meat, cheese on the outside of the bun, he said if I like it like it like that or put it on another bun. I thought he said to make me a whole new one, and I said I prefer a new fresh one. Instead he put the remaining insides in another bun.
