I purchased a retired government military spec laptop from them online. Unfortunately, it had issues.

What is impressive to me is how they were very quick in their responses. I received the laptop and then the replacement is shipped two days later. It is en route. They are also sending return label.

Brad personally reached out to me half dozen times to update me and ensure I was satisfied with the resolution within an hour via phone, text, email.... I am just thoroughly impressed with his dedication to customer service and willingness to help furthermore acquire resolution that is fair for the buyer. I also would like to mention that the business owner who provided several options for possible resolution quickly. Efficient, cordial, respectful, punctual.. this business checks all the right boxes. I would not hesitate doing business...

Absolutely the BEST bang for the buck for ruggedized super-versatile laptops and local service. I was a FEMA inspector for 7 years and used the Panasonic Toughbook and I beat the hell out of it and it worked until I turned it in 7 years later, despite numerous drops from up high and into water and working in the rain and being left in hot cars. Global PC Parts is, hands down, the best rugged computer source I have found, coast to coast. Super nice, helpful folks. I'm not being paid for this review. I just love these guys, their superior value, quality of machines, and excellent customer service. I can't recommend them...
