I was very disappointed by my experience here. My fiance' and I had decided to elope so we came here to get a bouquet and boutonniere with about 10 days to spare before our event, expecting that they would help us with picking out flowers/designs/etc. The woman at the desk was unfriendly when she first greeted us and when I told her why I was there she asked me if I had any ideas and I said I did not really have any ideas yet. She was aghast that I had not done any research prior to coming in to her establishment and told me to leave and come back when I have an idea of what I want. She was very unfriendly and made me feel very, very stupid. Any other time I have gone to a florist for other flower-needs I wasn't required to have done my "homework" before coming and was shown picture examples of other arrangements they had done and engaged in a discussion with the florist about what the options were and developed a plan - which is what I was expecting would happen when we walked into this florist. Not only did these flowers make my day, but so did the delivery guy, Kirk. He was so patient while I juggled a nursing newborn, toddler, 4 year old, and puppy to open the door. Although puppy is only 5 months, he’s already a pretty big German shepherd who barks and even growls at people he doesn’t know. He did not do this to Kirk and I could immediately tell why. Kirk brought the flowers in for me (GORGEOUS arrangement. I love them so much!!), spoke to my kids like they’re actual people (THANK YOU), and loved on the pup for a quick minute before on his way again. He wished us a warm congrats, thanked my cop husband for his service, and not once did I feel awkward or uncomfortable to be nursing in front of him that entire time. Thank you thank you thank you.
