Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

New location that is in a great spot/busy road...but that is literally all they have going for them. I’ve only been here 4 times but every time, my order has been wrong/just plain bad. The milkshakes were terrible...half of it was ice (which you don’t put in a milkshake to begin with), the coffee I did get was sort of warm and it was the wrong order as well. Brought the milkshake back in less than 2 minutes after walking out and the lady who made it acted like she had never seen me before and proceeded to act like they were overly busy and would not fix the issue. I’d rather drive 15 minutes out of the way than drive less than a mile from my house to go here. Do bother...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is horrible. No bananas for a banana split. OK. Then no waffle bowls for the waffle bowl. So just do the 3 scoop sundae. No hot fudge. Completely rushed. Named one flavor then told to pull around. At this point I'm aggravated that I can't even order what I want. Being too nice, I pay anyway. Then get told to pull around and wait for a 3 scoop sundae. No one else is here and I've already been sitting here for 5 minutes. Do not come to this location. New staff is...

Wish I could leave zero stars. Ordered a pack of six clown cones online for a party several days in advance and when it came time to pick them up the staff stated they never heard of them. The entire staff not being knowledgeable about the product they sell. So instead of looking into it when they received the order they simply chose to ignore order and then claim cluelessness. This is just one example of many at this location. Never again....... Update: more thank a week later still no refund,...
