The employee was helping 1 Customer, there was a couple waiting,, the gentle man then , me.. I was berated by an employee and the manager joined in. Wouldn't help with a simple tech issue. I was eventually asked "WHAT I NEEDED". when I told then some help, and explained "help" entailed. I was screamed at that this is a RETAIL STORE, NOT TECH SUPPORT!!!!
