Such a great and helpful service The big cons: they used to have re-usable plastic trays but now they pollute the environment and increase global warming with throw away paper trays, thin plastic covers and totally unnecessary plastic bags. It's absurd and more expensive to not use the reusable trays, especially since they have access to automatic dishwashers. The wonderful volunteer drivers do not use cars with good gas mileage. It would save everyone time and money to use ONE electric vehicle and pay one delivery person. It's such an inefficient set up. They could deliver 2-3 days worth of meals they way they do on Friday, instead of one days' worth five days per week, thereby reducing global warming effects and use of gas and oil. No one is taking responsibility for these considerations. If all the numerous volunteers put the money they spend on gas and oil for one year of delivering, and contributed that amount to the purchase of one used electric vehicle, it would be tremendous and an example for the entire nation....
