Nu Image Audio — Local services in Salina

Thanks to Nu Image Audio - TC and staff - for numerous custom upgrades to my 2016 Ford Transit Van. They designed and installed wiring systems throughout for 110vac, 12v, and upgraded 5.5v usb ports with switching to accommodate four 110v sources - grid, inverter, generator, and Yeti 1250. They configured a 7 inch display to supplement the substandard factory backup camera display and added side and front cameras as well - infinitely better than stock, now usable and for sure safer. Also, they added their ceramic window tint to reduce the heat gain typical of these Transits. The workmanship, attention to detail, and genuine courtesy while working through the many design details of the custom installations was 2nd to none! Now ready to head to Wyoming for the eclipse and then aiming for Alaska and the Arctic...

TC at Nu Image was able to promptly complete my order of 10 names that needed to be engraved to my soccer teams medals before the season was over. I slacked off on giving the medals to him in a timely manner, I was worried he would tell me he didn't have time. I felt bad for rushing him but he wasn't discouraged. The medals got done so fast, when I needed them, and I was very impressed with how well they came out in such a short notice! He had time to look through fonts and asked my opinion of which one to use. If I ever need something engraved, I know for sure to count on him, and of course, I will be more responsible with my time next time. The kiddos LOVED this idea and they thought their names looked fantastic!...

4 1/2 years, parked outside in the Kansas, Texas, and Florida sun for 3 of those years, and these tiny bubbles are the only defects in the tint that have arisen. They are completely unnoticeable from the inside, and there are zero noticeable defects from the inside. Otherwise after over 100k miles this tint is the only thing I’m not worried about on this 220k mile Jetta. Last 3 pictures are how it started and the garage pics are how it’s going. Highly recommend! I dont often see comments like this but the quality is so high and I’m so satisfied that I still very much remember them and I honestly wish I lived close enough to bring my other car in.
