Great shopping experience. I requested assistance back in the footwear section and a very pleasant and helpful young lady came to the department. I told her I had been in weeks ago and saw a pair of boots I had been looking for but didn" purchase them that day. When back in the store last weekend I was ready to purchase them but unable to locate them as the department had been redone. When I showed her they were like the boots I was wearing she went down an isle and found just what I hadn't been able to find days before. I had a $10 off a purchase of at least $10 so I was a very happy shopper. She was willing to listen to me and take the time to look instead of telling me they probably weren't available anymore. Customer Service like that will keep me coming back to Atwood's....

We were looking at some heavy wire panels that were locked up way out in the parking lot, I warned my husband he better take a picture of it before we go in the store but he had confidence they would know what they had out there!!! Nope. So HE walked out and took a picture of the product. No signage, no product label or price tag to be found. He comes in shows the 2nd employee the picture but she is just sure she can go out and find a number or price, sooo we wait. Then I hear over their walkies her describing the wire panel only wrong size to staff inside, sooo the 3rd employee FINALLY gets the price and then gets rude with me when I make a remark about signage. I love ❤️ this store and the atmosphere. Associates at this store are extremely helpful and always ask me if l found everything. Customer service is excellent. The entire group of day time staff is more than happy to assist customers. This is also a pet friendly store. Raven has always been welcome she enjoys shopping for kibble smelling each bag. She always receives treats at checkout. Recommend shopping on day shift for the best experience if customer service is...
