WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! 5/1/2025 615PM. I walk in inquiring about a product I'm interested in. Decide I want to purchase it. Had the lady my card then she says something about a $20 minimum...the idem was only $9. I asked if they had an ATM because I didn't wanna buy $20 worth of stuff. She said yes behind u. I go get the money out the ATM. Go back to the counter...then she tells me basically I stole the item cause she didn't remember putting it back. She refused my service and cussed and yelled at me. I have never been dealt like that before. She refused to look at the camera. So I'm leaving this review so management can look into this situation. I left the date and time I was there. I was the only one in the store when it happened. I've never met someone so unprofessional in my life. I hate to pull the race card but it...

I asked for log of some skoal long cut and this lady gave me pouches and put them in a black back so I didn't see this until I made it home from work, well I brought them back to explain to her the mistake she had made and if she could please exchange for the right one since this is the wrong pouch she gave me, well she said she couldn't exchange for me because I had them over night, when I try to explain we work night shift the other black lady jump in saying by federal law bla bla bla well it ended to no return no exchange. First time ever going to this store went to buy a E cig kit.was talked out of it was told that they don't work and I should just stay smoking cigarettes. Bought a carton of cigarettes got shorted $10 in my change back.
