For those of you paying attention to Ms.Tamara Pare who has the AUDACITY to complain about her experience at Alternative Therapies Group, let me fill you in on what REALLY happened on her last visit to our Salisbury location. She showed up seemingly intoxicated demanding a refund on a cartridge that she proclaimed was "defective". When questioned about what was wrong with it and when she noticed it was defective, she explained to the manager "I noticed right away that it was leaking." Funny since the receipt she brought in was 29 days old, and she stated that she had been in several times prior to that day. So let me ask you now Tamara...why didn't you bring in the cartridge back during one of those other occasions? Furthermore the receipt didn't match the box, and the cartridge was a completely different company than the one she was allegedly was trying to return. As if this wasn't "sketchy" enough that you stated the cart was defective it was COMPLETELY empty, minus the residue you'd expect to notice from the distillate being vaped out of the cartridge, NOT from it leaking out of the container. It looks completely different. The manager then explained to you that your empty, clearly vaped cartridge didn't even match the receipt, nor the packaging, so even if the cartridge had some oil in it without the proper items required we couldn't honor your return request. I felt the fact that you were trying to FRAUD the store for a new cartridge and the manager was kind enough to not call you out in front of the entire store was really considerate on her part. How did you repay her kindness Tamara? I noticed you left out the very small details of you screaming "I'm not leaving this fu$%ing store without my cartridge!" You then proceeded to charge the manager, jumped over the counter top, threw a computer on the floor, knocked over the plastic display cubes, fracturing several of them. One of those plastic boxes lacerated the PREGNANT manager's arm drawing blood. You then ran like a thief in the night and was later visited by the police serving you papers stating that you're not allowed to return to these premises. Feel free to argue anything I've stated in this response, I'm most positive there's a video of you doing all these things that I'd be MORE THAN HAPPY to make sure circulates throughout social media. I honestly can't believe you'd want to relive any part of that night after the way you acted. You deliberately tried to scam the dispensary, destroyed property, assaulted a pregnant woman, and fled the scene when confronted with your actions. I've attached a picture of you from our "banned customers list". I'm pretty sure the fact that there's a police log that directly contradicts everything you posted on here that your post could be prosecuted for slander if ATG was so inclined...

Alternative Therapies Group I used to shop here and spend significant money, as my points show, till a new manager took over and the female staff just made it to unpleasantly anxiety provoking to shop there. So I took their advice to go shop somewhere else, like Maine, as they suggested, where its cheaper and I dont get hassled and treated like, just get your stuff and leave. Thank you, it is cheaper, a lot cheaper, fresher, and not one day away from its expiration date like items I have purchased at ATG have been and I'm spreading the word. This place has gone from five stars with me to none and lost it's informal atmosphere because of the female staff and management who act like cops and I don't like people who act like cops of any kind and DERIVE JOY from some petty little psychological power trip their on thinking they run the show, everything is cool when guys take my order, no problem. So taking their advice I shop somewhere else and there are plenty of places out there to do so. Also, sales at ATG are deceptive, items on sale are generaly right up against their expiration...

Atmosphere is amazing and so are all the workers. Very helpful with the knowledge needed to help find what works best for each individual. Great throwback tv shows on all the time Bob Ross, Newlyweds game show, married with children, hey Arnold etc. Everyone is always so sociable and kind. They take cash only with available ATM after check in. If your not a medical patient no worries all you need to pick up for "adult use" is a valid drivers license/I.D. and you must be over 21yrs old. You name it they have it. They are mainly a "THC facility" (edibles, flower, tinctures, seltzers, and concentrates as well as pre-rolls). They have online websites for their 3 locations throughout Massachusetts. So you can order ahead or simply just see what they have before going in to plan out what you may want without feeling pressure of any sorts. They will never pressure you tho unless the line is really long. They have public restrooms available for use. There is always a door man to let people in and out. They have a capped limit of 23grams per visit. Which should be more than...
