We started bringing our puppy, “Angel” to Stand By Me doggy day care when she was only 11 weeks old & I am so happy we found them. They are extremely accommodating, trustworthy, honest & responsible as a day care but more importantly, they absolutely adore their jobs working with the dogs and love every single dog that walks through their door. They make the dogs so comfortable that they don’t want to come back home. They offer tips and advice on help with your puppy/dog & offer more love than any dog could possibly need or want. Angel is exhausted by the time she comes home even though she has so much energy. She is usually still tired the following morning but the second we pull in the driveway of “Stand By Me ”, her tail starts going and she is walking me to the door. I would never trust another doggy day care the way I trust Stand By Me. So much, that I will be moving in the next year about 30 minutes away, and we still plan on driving the extra time to bring her to Stand By Me because I know for a fact that she is happy, safe & well taken care of. Stand by me has been a great home away from home for our two (very needy) girls. Even though we no longer live in Salisbury and aren’t daily clients - Carly continued to accommodate us for weekend boarding when we travel. Our 3yo dog has severe separation anxiety but when he pull into the drop off section she leaps out of the car and doesn’t look back. For us, that is the most “telling” review.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful facility. We started bringing our pup Carli in late 2024. The process was straightforward and thorough for her to become part of the pack. They do everything possible to ensure a good fit with your dog and the other dogs. The staff is super friendly. They greet Carli by name with a huge smile and happy hello. As soon as we turn into the driveway, Carli starts whining to get inside. If that doesn't say she's happy there, I don't know what would.
