Road Trip — Local services in Salisbury

I feel bad giving it a low rating just cuz the ID checker at the front was really rude to me 2 weeks ago 11/9/24 Saturday about 2pm but she was but I'll do 2 instead of 1 stars. I walk there every Friday cuz it's just a half hour walk from my house. When I was about to walk in I accidentally kicked a soda can on the side of the road, it was about to go in the street so I picked it up & I didn't want people to think I was littering so I brought it in with me & I asked the woman at the front if she had a trash can cuz there wasn't one outside, and she said it depends on what it's for and I showed her and soda can and she said no I can't throw that away. 😒 And I'm like "ok I was just tryna be a good samaritan". So I put it down on the counter so I could give her my ID & she's like you can't leave it there either, as if I was gonna leave it there. So then I threw it out the door. She's like you can't do that either. Lol. I'm like "ok". She's like it's not like you found it in the parking lot "I'm like actually I did find it in the parking lot". Cuz it was right as I walked in. So then she put my ID back down on the counter, nobody's ever done that, they always hand it back to me. So then when I walked into the next room I said thanks for nothing & she said you're welcome for nothing. I've never had anybody be so rude to me there ever. They're known for being very friendly so that was very surprising. So I just waited til I got to a store that had a trash can that I could throw...

This is a great place to shop! Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. The employees are very friendly and informed and when they open, the line is out the door because they are so popular and also have such a loyal, happy customer base! The prices are awesome and affordable, they have so many different products, I promise that there's something for everyone, $-$$$ And don't forget to sign up for their rewards program because it's SO well worth it!! Honestly, the reward program they have is crazy generous, so easy to sign up for and well worth it! This is a business that really wants to keep ALL their customers happy, and from my experience and those of my family and friends, this is definitely our "go-to" place!! I'm not always quick to review places, but this dispensary has exceeded any expectation I've had when stepping through the door. From my basic online pick-ups to the technical debacle with my Trailblazer club account, everyone here has been a solid 10/10 to interact with. Informative, friendly and simply wonderful overall. The online ordering is straightforward to navigate, and the hours are more than accomodating to most schedules. Their selection is large enough that even as a creature of habit I've been able to try new things while staying in the realm of products that I know I enjoy.

As an individual with Autism and severe anxiety it means the world when I feel comfortable in any store setting, and RoadTrip has certainly earned my loyalty in that regard. No dispensary could stand a chance...
