I called and spoke to a young man about whether or not he sold Red Palm Oil. He replied that he had two different bottles. I drove over one hour round trip to get the Red Palm Oil. When I got to the store he only had one bottle. When I arrived home and opened the bottle it was rancid. I then checked the expiration date which indicated it had expired in Feb 2024 (8 months past the expiration date). I called the store back to let them know but the woman I spoke to did not understand English. I was very disappointed to have taken so much time out of my day as I was expecting dinner guests that evening. I won't be returning to Via Brazil...

Péssimo atendimento!

Comprei dois ovos de Pascoa que chegariam depois da Pascoa, mas até ai tudo bem porque eu vi o prazo de entrega e aceitei… mas! Nao foi entregue no prazo estipulado, recebi um sms da loja me informando que a ups nao conseguiu entregar e que eu deveria retirar… sendo que recebo encomendas normalmente todos os dias, mas… eu nao estava na minha casa, retornaria em 2 semanas, pedi uma posição e a loja disse que nao sabia! Quem se propõe a vender algo e não sabe informar a entrega, e mais! Dois dias depois mandei msg perguntando sobre o rastreio ou algum código pra tentarem a retirada no meu lugar e já nao obtive mais resposta! Então, ja sabem, ao comprar qualquer coisa que seja rezem pra chegar pq se não… a loja não da o menor suporte!! NUNCA MAIS!!!!! PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO!!!!...
