I’ve had a problem with my phone today with it locking up and it kept locking up again and again so I went to my local AT&T store to see what was going on and Megan told me I must have tried logging in with the wrong password more than once, after telling her I always use facial recognition she tells me that’s the only way it happens making me feel like it’s my fault! I work with several people with IPhones that has never experienced this so I check on getting a new phone and she says with my phone in that condition I could not trade and would have to add another line and pay $1199 for this new phone making my bill well over $300 a month. So I decide to wait it out and sure enough my phone came back on but decided to go ahead and trade hoping not to have this same problem. I leave work early to get there and see how much it would be with my phone working again. I show up at 5:55 doors are locked, so I knock on the glass still no response. I’ve bought several phones here over the years but after today’s service I think I’ll be going somewhere else! I’m sorry but I’m in retail myself and if she would have tried helping a little more (offering to help me find the place and time they were open) with less attitude and helped me when I rushed back over I wouldn’t be writing this...

Read moreMy husband and I went to the AT&T store in Sallisaw, OK, we were moving our phones from another cellphone place to AT&T. We arrived about 1pm and Karissa waited on us. We could not get our phones switched over from the company that we were with. Karissa worked with us about 2 hrs. and we still could not get our new phones. We went to lunch for about 30 minutes and we came back and she kept trying to help us and she finally got us set up. All total we were there about 2 1/2 hrs. She was so kind and very professional yet she was so patient with us. We appreciate her so much.
