As a local I do try to support local businesses. However going in to buy sandals I’ve never worn before I didn’t know what kind to get for my fallen arch. It took over 20 minutes to get help. I tried on a few the sandal I settled on one but it seemedsmall. but the lady who was helping said I could adjust the straps and as long as the arch was in the proper place it was fine. Then she said “ go ahead and wear them out of the store” so I did. wore them for the day. They were too small. Came back to return. Apparently you can’t return if they are worn outside. I said what happened the owners wife tossed the box over the counter berated me for and people like me who make them lose money. Mmmmmm I spent 60$ on sandals that don’t fit. If you have policy fine but there really is NO reason what so ever to be treated so badly in front of other customers and employees. Believe I have no problem shopping in Missoula and getting...

AMAZING PRICES AND VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!!! We stopped in for some camping chairs and we greeted by every employee with a smile and warm hello. They are very knowledgeable on their gear and explained great options. Some would think a small town would charge more, but not here! They were just as good and most cases better than in the big chain stores! Look no further for what you need than here...

We know the owners and they provide a wonderful shopping experience all seasons. This place saved me during a rafting trip when I forgot my Tevas.
