Marshall has been going down hill since 2017-2018. Each year it got worse. We were sad to see Robert leave but he left us with Brittnay and when she was there it was great. She actually came to see us smaller districts. She made things happen, she came to my son’s birthday party on a Saturday and I know she went to weddings and graduations and retirement parties for others. She would fight for price discounts spend her nights helping us write grants and always did it without hesitation. Robert told us she would be great and she was. She earned our business and took care of us. Marshall was headed out of most districts due to installs not being good. Before Brits time there. Now it seems that she is gone, us little guys don’t matter again. We aren’t happy about the change....
