Delta flight 1432 Phoenix to SLC was a damn near miss on the runway. I happened to be looking out my window on approach and see a plane on the runway we are to land on. Pilot suddenly goes from decent to quickly climbing. About 10 minutes later pilot states, "sorry about that...there was a plane on the runway." I rated you 2 stars because we didn't die!!! Seriously need to do better when we trust you...
