DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! POS company. Originally had air-conditioning problems. I used to do Air conditioning in military and as civilion for years. Well first guy came out at end of summer because ac was not cooling. First when you walk to condenser sounds like compressor is airplane cutting on this is other reason I called. Well they stay out here just talking with gauges on for about 2 hours. The final diagnoses is I'm low on freon. Well guy says you are all good. I asked him well if I'm low doesn't that probably mean I have a leak and what about the loud horrible sound. So his answer is oh no they all leak here and there and all Rheem sound like that. Then he says you know a air conditioner is like a heart you gotta give it what it needs to keep going. Well I had to make him leave after that before I snapped. So still have airplane in back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL YOU ARE GAMBLING WITH YOUR MONEY. THE TECHS ARE ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY. IF ITS UNDER WARRANTY THEY JUST WANT TO COME OUT AND SAY ITS FREON PROBLEM OR SOMETHING SMALL SO THEY CAN MAKE THAT HOURLY WAGE AND DO NOTHING ELSE. SORRYEST AIR CONDITIONING PLACE EVER USED OR BEEN AROUND.

2nd time coming out. This is winter time 2 months after they fixed unit. Now unit looks like a block of ice outside. Compressor still sounds like airplane and unit is struggling so bad line sets in attic can be heard throughout whole house all hours of day and night. Tech comes out I tell him exactly what is going on he can see my unit is frozen. Well diagnosis again is oh your low on freon but I don't have any on truck or equipment to test for leaks or equipment to test compressor. This is a service tech so it seems all they carry on vehicle is gauges and screws I've never met a tech that didn't have freon on hand. They said they would be back next day. Still no heat. They tested nothing else out in house unit just opened door of upflow unit and said oh it's had work before. They got in truck and left. ONCE AGAIN BE CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY I REALLY DO NOT WISH THESE PEOPLE ON ANYONE. ALL ABOUT GETTING THAT WARRANTY CHECK. Sorry for long post but people need to know who they are...

Would highly recommend never ever using this company. Bought an extended warranty on our fridge. It was leaking on the bottom pull out freezer door. After numerous no show appointments the guy finally shows up. I walk outside to let him do his work. Come back in and he has replaced a seal on the double door. Which is no where close to what was talked about or needed to be fixed. The guy was rude with me and acted like it was my fault he replaced the wrong seal and honestly seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. Said they were going to order a replacement part and never heard back from them again. Called numerous times with no response. Finally got someone on the phone and was telling them how rude the guy was and their exact words were "you just have to overlook him, he's cajun". Seems like a very well ran business right? Well call back a couple months ago and the new owners say oh well we got rid of all them now and are under new management. The new management is about just as bad. Lady was very rude over the phone and acted like it was my fault that they replaced the wrong seal. Said I wasn't in their new system so she really didn't know what to tell me . To make a long story short. I still have a leaky bottom freezer and now have a door seal that "the Cajun" put in wrong and broke a hinge in the process. Well the warranty is up and I now have to pay for everything out of pocket. All thanks to the great and wonderful tutors. Again would highly recommend never ever using this company for anything. I called to have some one come out and replace a heating element in my dryer. When I called I explained what I needed and exactly what was wrong. Ive fixed these myself before but just didn’t want the headache and was wanting to just pay someone to do it. They sent a technician out to do a diagnosis and he spent maybe 2 minutes at the house and only confirmed what I said was true. I told him I’m sorry he waisted his time and whoever put in the order didn’t believe me. He said he would order the part and would be back by the end of the week. Fast forward 10 days later I still haven’t heard from them so I order the 30 dollar part off Amazon and spend 30 minutes fixing it myself. No big deal. A week after that, they call me saying the part had came in and that they needed to schedule a time to come out and fix it. They said the part was 150 dollars and labor would be 250 dollars and the diagnostic fee was 150 for a grand total of 550 before tax. I told them that it would not be necessary that I had it fixed it and that I had found that 150 dollar part for 30 dollars on Amazon. They were then offended and tried to force me to pay 150 dollars for a diagnostic fee that I never requested. I’m absolutely shocked at the price gouging that they’re doing to people.
