WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! Took my son’s IPad for just the cracked screen to be replaced. Shortly after we got the iPad back, the home button was not working then somehow got completely stuck under the screen and could not click button to unlock. The home button being stuck under the screen then caused a line to appear on the LED screen from bottom all the way to top right in middle where the button was. I brought back the ipad only for the “technician” to blame my 9 year old son saying he must have been pushing the button really hard for it to get stuck and cause the line on the LED screen. Rather than take some responsibility and rectify his errors. He explained that he has been doing this for 10 plus years and so I guess that means he never makes mistakes. In all the iPhones and iPads we’ve had, never have I seen a home button pushed so hard that it could get stuck under the screen. He then said he wouldn’t charge me for the $70 button he “replaced” for free but would not be replacing the LED screen cause that wasn’t his fault. Even though the LED screen and home button was perfectly fine until brought here. I am so glad that I came to hear of all places for my cell phone repair! I had got my iPhone 12 Pro off of eBay brand new, came in the box and all. And so, I figured that I could take it to the Apple Store and just get the battery replaced because the capacity degraded at such a rapid rate. Turns out Apple was going to charge me hundreds of dollars for a repair after promising one under $100 because there were third party parts. I realized my mistake in choosing to go to Apple and found Cellphone ER to do my repair. The scheduling process was super easy and communication was super clear. I asked all my questions and they could answer with ease every single time! They are so open with how repairs are done and explain to me how my phone was indeed refurbished and showed me how to tell for the future. On top of that, the repair took no time at all! It has been a couple weeks since my new battery has been put in and my phone has been working just like new! I am so grateful that I decided to go to Cellphone ER. 100% would go again for any repairs I need in the future....

Love this place! My go to when I need my phones fixed or if I need a not so common replacement for any kind of electronic device. Screens, charging port, or battery they always got some spares and if they don’t they gladly place the order and accommodate your request the best they can. Compared to other cellphone repair shops their prices are decent and non Comparable. Most definitely recommend if you don’t have hundreds to blow on...
