Mi Sierra Jalisco — Restaurant in San Antonio

I AM TOTALLY SICK! Today at 10 am I went to eat breakfast there and had a conversation with my waitress about how I do not eat meat. I guess she told the cook as a joke and in my BEAN taco the cook thought it was funny to put burnt pieces of meat in my taco trying to hid it in the beans. I tasted and smelled the meat right away and told the waitress who I just had a conversation with and showed her. I would think she would be shocked and tell me "I'm so sorry" But she told me "Oh you know what that is? That's CHORIZO" I looked at her and told her Miss why is there meat in a bean taco and BURNT MEAT? She say oooh do you want another one? SERIOUSLY? DO YOU THINK I WANT ANTOHER TACO THAT YOUR COOK TOUCHES? I know that they did this on PURPOSE and I am totally sick from consuming half the taco before I realized what was put in it ON PURPOSE! What kind of person does that? What if I have a food allergy or something? YOU NEED TO FIRE THAT COOK AND GET YOUR RESTAURANT STRAIGHT IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN BUSINESS! THIS ISN'T MEXICO!!! Terrible customer service. We came here after it was referred to us and ordered 8 tacos with potatoes in them only to get home and discover that all of the potatoes were completely raw. We called them and they said they would happily replace them so we go back, get our tacos and go back home. We open our 7 tacos (1 is now missing) and they are all STILL completely raw again. At this point we are very frustrated with the quality and again head back to the restaurant and ask for different tacos. The servers there stated that other people hadn't complained even though the potatoes were so hard they were still crunchy. They refused to replace our tacos and placed cash in our hands that covered only 6 tacos. Completely disgusted by the way they handled this and the fact that they felt the need to not even refund all of the tacos I paid for. Never coming...

Drive thru cashier extremely rude and sarcastic. I ordered 4 tacos of 2types bagged separately and when I asked her which bag was which tacos her response was the tacos were in the bags she refused to tell me which tacos were which then she started giving me the finger and cursing at me as did a couple of the other waitresses all but 1 who was the most polite in getting me the taco that was missing since all I was given was 3. Then the cashier wants to get mad because after she gives me the finger and curse at me more telling me to take my stupid kids to school and go back home, I flicked her back. Bad enough they had an entire busted out window and then to provide the worst customer service ever. I will never ever be back at this taqueria especially there are plenty others to go to.
