Staff is very knowledgeable. I'm an electrical engineer and they are able to answer any questions I have had about components etc. They are very helpful when it comes to finding what you need. If they don't have it they will special order it for you, but that is probably rare as they have pretty much anything you could need when it comes to electrical projects.
