El Manantial Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in San Antonio

If I could give this place a negative absolute ZERO for WORST customer service my parents ever received I would ABSOLUTELY do so. But since I can only give it one star I will for now. My parents came to eat at this place Thursday December. 19, 2024 around 9:30 am and it was NOT busy. They completely disregarded them, didn’t offer them menus, NOTHING. And mind you my stepfather is DIABETIC. My elderly parents are always out and about going out to eat trying out new places and they felt racially profiled. Thankfully, they went down the street to eat and were treated like actual human beings. Wish I was there to witness it because I would’ve absolutely NOT ALLOWED that disgusting behavior from all these “waitresses”and “hostess” or whatever these racist people consider themselves to be!!!! I went there to pick up tacos I love their tacos their delicious but the waitress there are disrespectful for instance like someone like me that don't know that much Spanish and they don't know English they'll pay more attention to the customers that speak Spanish then the ones that don't.and the cashier is so rude I'm there to pay for my order and all she doing is carrying a conversation with a person that don't know English and not acknowledgeing me there. So disappointed 1st time we went to eat there, we asked if the menudo had been made fresh that day . They said yes, so we ate there and it was delicious. I call to specifically ask if it was fresh from today and not mixed with yesterday's menudo. So they say yes, well they lied just to make a 3 menudo sale. Understand this when some OF the meat is elasticity and other meat is cooked to perfection. SHAME ON YOU !!! YOU JUST LOST WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER !!!...
