Becareful with this property they are money hungry if u miss one month they make u take and move ur trailer out every year they raise the rent and nothings good there u can't have a fence but they let other ppl do, you can't have swimming pool or anything outside they charge late fees and any lil thing they can find to evict u or charge u. There bad here I don't recommend them. The owners there w/people there all about money they don't care.
