Mi Tequila Jalisco — Restaurant in San Antonio

There's been more then a few times I go to this restaurant during breakfast hours thru drive thru to place an order. a few times this lady who works on drive thru has forgotten that she already charged me.she asked me if she already did? As she hands me my order .she says "u said yes" & i say "uhh yea!"then different day again I go thru drive thru order $8.& change of food, gave her $20. She walks away comes back hands me my order "thank you!" walks away. I'm sitting there waiting for my change. Hmm..so I knock on window I ask her for my change back. And she says "I already gave it to u!"....uhh no you didn't ! Yes I did ...uuh no! So she gives me change . Again different day brkfst bought 3 tacos $4.& change had $3. Plus $1.in change handed her that she gave me order I saw that I had enough for one more $1.34 . I asked her for other taco gave her $1. In change she walked away I hadn't given her the .34 cents i was still counting them in pennies she came back with order I gave her .34 cents as I was driving away she yells out "the dollar ".!! I yelled back "I gave it to u"! & she insisted that I didn't .I got upset drove off. I knew I gave her the right change cuz that's all I had.I called to complain and she answers phone. I asked for manager and she says I am manager, I said.. u are? u sure?!..cuz u are not knowing what u are doing .!..I said I don't like being like that!..I didn't want to leave her thinking I shorted her . I was so upset !!! But other then that the food is good there just money handled isn't at least for every time I go...

3 times this week my family and I have gone here for simple breakfast tacos. 3 times our order has been completely wrong. Today we ordered 8 tacos and got home with 4. We called asking for a manager. We were told that if we did not speak Spanish we could not speak with a manager. We told the person our issue and she supposedly translated for us. We were told that our order was "zeroed out" therefore we "did not order it". We were told that maybe she did not understand our order. I told her, "maybe you should hire someone who understands English". Her response was, (very rudely) "maybe we should" and then she hung up! This restaurant used to have good food and great service. Now, it has neither. Sad. Very sad. I would give no...

The food was fairly OK. It took a very long time to get the food the girl that waited on us she acted like she didn’t understand half of what we were saying and then she drop the food off once it came and then she never return to the table to ask us if we needed anything else, after waiting for sometime we finally flagged someone down long enough to get some more water the prices were OK but to be honest the wait staff is not attending to the tables they are not paying attention to their tables whatsoever they are too busy dancing around talking to each other standing at the serving window but never ever looking at their customers and what if they needed...
