Really disappointed with flower arrangement I paid for premium upgrade and choose to pick them up from the shop this was an online order. I was an hour late but when I picked up flowers they did not look like the picture most of the flowers didn't seem to be bloomed yet and then the lady informed me that I order the deluxe and I informed her they were suppose to be premium and showed her the receipt, she stated it only missing a couple flowers then. I had to ask her to replace I guess it was lavender because it look like a stem she did replace and said she put a couple roses in there but I still don't think she fixed it up to be close to premium I paid for, while she was replacing lavender with something that didn't look like a stem she came back and ask me to fill out card that they were suppose to have already been filled out and the beautiful pink ribbon was pretty much just a strip of a pink ribbon around the vase. I was so mad and disappointed but still took flowers because it was my mom's birthday. I really think they did a half butt job on this arrangement or maybe they had a new florist there not sure but for the 70 dollars I paid for them I think I could have got better flowers at heb. I am not sure it worth paying for the premium especially if it is not as full as the picture. Online the flowers look beautiful but in person I can not say it looked...
Read moreI went in to purchase some flowers for my fathers funeral (he recently passed away) and I decided to purchase a pretty standing spray. When I arrived home, I noticed that the arrangement was far from presentable. The flowers were artificial, yes, but they were coming apart at the ends/seams. The standing easel was VERY dirty with, well, dirt as if it was used prior at a cemetery and just plucked from the ground. The easel itself was also crooked and the paper that was used as a banner was torn. When we addressed this issue to one of the owners of the shop, she gave us a sort of frustrated answer and said “well, it’s paper” and she mentioned how we should have looked at the flowers when we bought them home, but the shop was already closing and we had to leave. The point is, we paid $73.00 for what SHOULD have been a presentable arrangement not something cruddy. My mother and I went it expecting apparent greatness based off of these reviews but that’s not what we got.

Read moreAs much as I was impressed by all the good reviews; I called and scheduled a visit down there since the website wouldn't let me book a schedule to request flowers for my wedding. I filled out all our information on a sheet of paper and was told they would email me with a quote price the following Monday. I knew they were busy and respected that, so I was not surprised when I heard nothing on the Monday they were supposed to contact me. I was excited because I at least thought I wouldn't have to worry about the flowers for my wedding. So I waited...no response for a week....waited....still no response to this day and that was almost 4 months ago. I am not sure if they lost my information, but this is the second time I have tried to look for a service and they have not gotten back with me. On to the next I guess until we can find something reliable even if we have to pay more. I have never experienced this much miss-communication, on to something organized...5 months before the wedding and we have no flowers. Anyone have any other...
