We walked in ar 4:15pm on Wednesday, December 5th. There were 2 other people in line. I walked out after 5pm not wanting to ever go back to this location. There was one person behind the counter, who probably hasn't worked there for more than a week. I just wanted a Chipotle Steak and Cheese wrap the way it is made, no changes. I have had it once before and, honestlyb have no idea everything that comes on it. She proceded to tell me that I had to pick what I wanted, very rudely, I might add. Why did I have to explain to the employee that the recipe cards were right on the station? So after that, she made it with the recipe card but it was not wrapped right and fell apart all over me. I honestly think I will stick to another sandwich shop. Customer service, sense of urgency and presentation all seem to be lacking at subway anymore. Read moreMy second time visiting this location and it's very disappointing. The first time I asked for heavy oil and vinegar, I could barely taste it on my sandwich. The line was super long. One of the workers, big guy, acted like he didn't wanna be there. Didn't pay it no mind, because I was in the mood for a Subway sandwich. But the next day, I took it upon myself to order from the website the sandwich to go so I can skip the hassle of the slow line they had. I ordered it at 9:25 a.m. this morning for a 7:20 p.m. pickup after I got off work. So not only was my sandwich NOT READY but they started on it at 7:00 p.m. when I got there.
