Agave Grill — Restaurant in San Antonio

If I could give this one star I would !

Walked in was seated brought chips and salsa that tasted old and cold ! Two people got their plates before I got mine and when I got my plate it was a steak ranchero plate that was nothing but fatty meat , literally every bite I took I ended up spitting it out . They forgot my tortillas until about half way through my meal also . I would of left a decent 10$ tip but none is deserved ! Wouldn’t come waste my time or money here ever again .

On the way out I explained to the lady at the register that the steak was terrible and nothing but fat and service was not up to standards and she said “ there is nothing I can do about the steak I don’t deliver the meat here “ then I told her that’s fine Im forced to write a bad review since customer service is not what matters around here . . So here it is a honest review about this place...

The last time I went to this place and the food was horrible, they use a fake cheese that you can taste is bad. And then at the checkout the guy at the register charged me the right amount for the food but he added $4 for his own tip, when I noticed this on my bank account I tried several times to contact the manager and no one called me back. I have talk about this with others and I heard stories that they've seen cockroaches on their plates... I recommend that you be very careful for your money if visit this place or better...

Looking for a new restaurant for breakfast and found Agave Grill. I ordered the porkchop breakfast and was I suppressed! A huge porkchop! It was very good, perfectly cooked and tasted great! My wife ordered the steak and eggs. She was very pleased with her order. The table hot sauce was very tasty! The red chipotle was the hottest! The restaurant is very clean and restroom were also very clean! The servers were fast and polite. The are open for breakfast and lunch only. So we'll have to try their lunch time meals. I...
