Yesterday, I posted a review giving Fonseca's Flowers a 2 rating based on the quality of the flowers in the arrangement I received that morning. Much to my surprise Mr. Kyle called me to discuss the rating. He apologized and told me he had looked in his refrigerator to see for himself the quality of the flowers he had in stock and agreed they were old flowers. This morning he personally replaced yesterday's arrangement with the most beautiful floral arrangement ever. It is fair to say that customer service is not dead and Fonseca's flowers truly mean they believe in customer satisfaction. The most beautiful experience ever!! Don’t go anywhere else for flowers 💐 I repeat don’t buy anywhere else! By far the most beautiful arrangements done! They definitely go far beyond what you’d expect! I wanted a specific flower and I was told it couldn’t be found, that he’d get me something close or as similar to it. I went to this place awhile back for a corsage and boutonniere for prom. Let me tell you, they have the best customer service, the owners are absolutely amazing.I needed those two items last minute and they prepared them on the spot (what shop do you know would offer that kind of service? 🤔🙌) They sell different items, decorations, and flowers for all occasions whether it be valentines, proms, mother’s day, whatever it be they’ll be prepared.
