So today my experience with a cashier at this market has been the lowest I have ever had. I am not sure how the entrainment is done for the cashiers but I had a very rude cashier that was on register 5. She made me go into another line because the articles I had exceted the quality of 15 items or less. But my problem was because the 1 box of maruchan ramen noodle soup has too many items to be in this line I only came to buy vegetables. I had exactly 13 items not including my box of ramens and she made me get into a other line and added 15 to 20 mins of wait time to pay for my product. So hopefully the staff starts to learn how to treat customers correctly. Or at least have the common sense that if you dont know ask your front end manager or leadership staff to explain how situations should be handled. After this I will never be coming back to this store and nor will my family and I will also be letting my neighbors know of my experience here. So if the staff does not learn to treat customers correctly this is the consequence. And as a simple employee they might think "oh it's just some random guy it does not matter what he thinks" all business is impacted directly by the customers. So if we choose to not shop here anymore I'll also get friends and family to stop.they dont understand that that impacts sales and ultimately impacts employees hours. so hopefully this locations begans to clean up the trash that is disrespectfully representing this location and the market chain together. Hopefully my comment is heard by people who can help make an impact and a difference.

Read moreThe rudest and most vindictive cashier I have ever encountered. Her name is Tanya F. store 00121, register 004, cashier 2151, ticket 00xx. 16June2020. I arrive at the checkout and the cashier doesn't acknowledge me, no hi, no hello, nothing but a blank stare. I start to load my items on to the belt. I load 1 case of water on to the belt and I inform the cashier I have another case on the bottom of my shopping cart. She doesn't look at me or say anything to acknowledge that she heard me so I politely inform her again, ''I have another case of water on the bottom of my shopping cart.'' She then yells at me '' I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME'' in a very rude and angry tone. I was just thinking, perhaps she had a bad day and I was just going to let it be. However, after I paid for my purchases, she only gives me 1/2 of my receipt. I then ask her to give me the rest of my receipt and she says she could not because she already started scanning the next costumers items. By this time I am a little frustrated so I ask what her name is and if I could see her name tag. she says her name is Tayna but her name tag is covered up by a piece of blank paper she has in there [i assume this isn't the first time there was a customer complaint against her] I don't know if she is being truthful or not so I go to the managers desk to complain and get a full copy of my receipt. Read moreI just got back from buying a cake, which now I regret. I should've just gone somewhere else. There was this lady there (according to my receipt her name is Abril Ramirez) and as soon as I asked for a cake she made the nastiest face like I was bothering her. Note I am a very respectful and polite person. So, I ignored it and pointed to her what cake I wanted. Then as she was putting it in a box for me I nicely asked if she by any chance had a Happy Birthday plaque. Her response was no! In a rude way. So, I thought a bakery that sells cakes doesn't have a Happy Birthday plaque at all?? You could tell she just didn't want to give me one. So then I said or can you maybe write Happy Birthday on it? Again her answer was no and then she said I am not a baker still with her nasty attitude. I let her know i've gotten cakes from there before and if they can't write Happy Birthday on the cake they atleast put a plaque on there for me. Then she says yeah but they take them. Like who the bakers?? I know I should've just walked out and gone somewhere else but never going there again. Like these people shouldn't be interacting with customers. If they don't like their job maybe get one where they don't have to. Because nobody wants to go into a store where somebody you don't even know gives you a nasty attitude for no reason when they don't even know you either.
