Pizza Loca — Restaurant in San Bernardino

My first time eating here on Sunday i walked in and I got the $19.99 deal it came with a huge pizza 2 liter soda and a 6 piece wings . Not bad for $19.99 I feel so bad for the staff having to sit in the heat while they work no a/c inside . They took forever to take my order they need more staff on hand , once I ordered I asked how long the wait will be they told me 20 minutes . I said ok and the lady forgot to give me my receipt and I noticed she didn't wash her hands after dealing with money which is poor food handling didn't pay to much in mind because I was treated with poor respect and was mad I was just assuming they were having a hard day when I went back inside they the two men where taking orders I asked if my order was ready and they asked for my receipt and told them the lady forgot to give it to me . They told me 5 minutes more I stayed inside waiting they took another 15 minutes . They were paying more attention to the delivery orders then the people walking in and ordering which we were there way longer . Finally after waiting for 45 minutes I finally received my pizza wings he forgot to give me my soda but I told them and they gave it to me the pizza was nice and hot but smelled funny . So I checked the pizza and it looked fine (mind you I was starving ) when I went home to go sit down at eat it the wings were full of fat and had a nasty sweet taste to it I was confused because I got the spicy wings. Went to try the pizza the crust was good and the bread was soft 10 minutes later after eating 2 slices and 4 wings I got a sick and threw it all up was having stomic aches and pains and yesterday I went to the hospital turns out I ended up getting food posing from this place never will I eat here again poor staff , prices are good but not for the food you get I should have went to dominos .. very poor food handling owner needs to put better camera to see how his staff is practicing there food handling and no manager was there just staff . I give this place 1...

At 1:59 pm on I ordered a gigante pizza from this place. The girl told me it'll be 45-50 minutes for delivery which I've agreed to. I called back at 2:55 asked where my pizza was and was told the guy should be here any minute. At 3:24 there was still no pizza so I called back and while on hold the delivery guy showed up. Almost an 45 minutes late. I paid the pizza and called since while on hold they hung up on me I called back....again to put in a complaint. I was trying to tell the girl what my issue was and all she kept saying was "what do u want me to do"? "You wanna cancel the order"? "Send back the pizza"! This had to be the worst experience in the world! I asked for the manager and she kept repeating "no manager, he's not here . I'm budy"! People like her should not Be working in customer service at all. I hope a manager sees this complaint and retrains this employee if that's even possible!! Giving a one star on my part is me...

3 stars is generous of me. Food is average. I went in on limited funds as usual but my kids appetites are larger than life. After hearing their specials and realizing we cant have a meal deal we decided on just wings. A large order of spicy buffalo would be ready in 20 mins. Kids were so happy they were given what appeared to be a free pizza. It was an order of cheesy bread we didn't expect but surely appreciated. Later that night i looked at the receipt. We had decided on large order of wings. The receipt was for cheesy bread and small order of wings! Im thinking he modified my order for whatever reason, & didnt inform me obviously. I cant understand why or how this was decided. I was very clear just a large order of wings. This was no mistake and really bothers me. Its a big deal if you think about it and it could go terribly wrong. Its best i not call the restaurant. Had to share...
