Rip Curl HQ — Local services in San Clemente

If I could give -100 stars I would. I have called, several times, several different numbers supplied by the website, left messages and NEVER received a call back. I have called at different times during the day and different days, but it seems as though everyone is out catching the waves and doesn't care about their customers. I called back again today, and behold! a real live person answered the phone. LUCY, a "manager" was so disrespectful. Rude. Cut me off. She HUNG UP on me. And was possibly the worst person to be in charge of customer service. So if you decide to make a purchase here, you better get it right he first time because good luck getting in contact with their customer service department. Pretty sure this is the WORST SERVICE I have EVER...

This place is a joke. Had the wetsuit for no more than a month before is RIPPED, must be why they call it RIPcurl. Wetsuit has been sitting for over 3 weeks at the service center with no repair, no call, and no service. I was told they would immediately send me a new one and when I called to follow up, the same guy who told me he put the order in that day, tells me 4 days later the order has not been put in, what a f-ing joke. I have never had to write a Yelp review in my life, and this whole episode with Ripcurl leaves me no choice, that's how bad the service has been. I will never buy Ripcurl again. Id rather freeze my ass off then give them business. Clearly you can see on other reviews Ripcurl is seriously lacking...

I loved it when the prices were low and the warehouse sale just dumped piles of stuff in boxes for you to dig thru. Now it’s much more organized by style and sizes, but the prices have doubled and most everything was hanging on rack so there was half the selection. From what I hear the wet suit prices...
