As a long-time customer who has purchased multiple pairs of Electric Sunglasses over the years, I’m extremely disappointed to be leaving a one-star review. I’ve always considered this my go-to brand, but the recent experience with their customer service has been unacceptable.
I returned a pair of sunglasses that didn’t fit properly, well within the return policy window. It has now been over a month, and I have yet to receive a refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via email and social media, I have received no response whatsoever.
After reviewing public comments on social media, it’s clear that my experience is not an isolated incident. Many customers are reporting the same issues with unprocessed refunds and no communication. It’s troubling to see a company invest in sponsorships and marketing while neglecting its core responsibility to its customers.
If you're facing similar issues, I strongly encourage you to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). You may also be able to initiate a chargeback through your credit card provider, provided you have proof of return.

I have purchased over a dozen pairs of sunglasses in the past couple years and after having the most recent ones ALL break in the same fashion I have contacted Electric multiple times with emails and messages and they have NEVER gotten back to me.
