Don’t do business with these people, you’ll regret it. I’m local and will be sure to never return. But don’t just take my word for it: filter reviews by “lowest” and you’ll see all the complaints. My party of four rented 2 waverunners for 2 hours each, totaling over $500. Even though the company got us out on the water over 30 minutes late, when one of the waverunners returned 15 minutes late (for good reason) both owners made a spectacle demanding compensation (interrupting, ganging up, raising their voices, and eventually I responded in kind). In the end, the owners said they wouldn’t charge me, but I woke up today to find a $1,000 charge on my credit card. I guess this is why God made small claims court, and why you shouldn’t do business with these people.

For those interested, when I returned to the dock, I realized we had lost a dry bag that contained our car keys, my girlfriend’s cell phone, and shoes. I did another lap around the bay and returned 15 minutes late. In the end, we did miraculously get the bag back after receiving a phone call from the police, but it was little solace for having a fun day ruined...

We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Rented a jet ski for 2 hours and the staff were amazing - made us feel safe, answered lots of questions. I wanted to switch my kids halfway through and they were so accommodating and made it easy. The jet ski was well-maintained and super fast. It was especially nice how close they were to the full speed zone so you don’t need to spend ages idling through the slower no-wake zone.

A few things I learned that I would’ve wanted to know:

1. From the front circle of the Dana hotel, walk straight back to the marina and take a right at the water. There is a small building about 50 yards down on your right, that’s where they are.
2. They have wetsuits but you don’t need them. I wore a sun hoodie and swim trunks and was very comfortable the whole time.
3. You can’t wear a hat or sunglasses, they will fall off at higher speeds
4. There is a good sized waterproof storage compartment on the jet ski where you can store your phone and a few small things. They will hold bigger items (towels, etc) for you...

they made everything very difficult. the whole process was very hard to get through, and they take a very long time with it as well. they charge you a lot for a cheaply made jetski that wobbles side to side that you cant even ride it, then you end up wasting hundreds on it. they’re already overpriced. the rules and stuff are unnecessarily strict. the workers yell at you. they also harrass you when you’re in your jet-ski on the ocean, so keep that in mind. If i were you i’d just buy your own, which i’ll be doing now. they have very horrible attitudes. very rude staff. they speak to you like dogs honestly. even a dog would be spoken to better. they all seem very miserable. they scream at you until their head is red, literally. most of the bald-headed staff are like that there. you can tell they hate their jobs and everyone around them, they exude negative energy. never go to this place or rent from them, they do not deserve your hard earned money, nor your time nor...
