I stopped in on the 17th to browse, and let my child pick out a new stuffed animal. When I walked in, the associate named "Dom" was with a customer and he was having a conversation with an off the clock employee who was hanging out so I wasn't greeted and that's ok, he was alone and with a customer so it was no big deal. I found a game and my little one found a stuffed animal she wanted. We got in line, he was still with the same customer and still chatting with his friend, so I waited. Almost ten minutes later, he hasn't said a word to me or anyone in line but carried on with his conversation. He got to a point of counting cash and decided he had enough of counting, went and got a cash counting machine and plug it in and start over. At that point my child was losing it and I was done. Ive been on the phone with these ppl for the past few days checking up on a order that one of their associates took via online for me. The same person a guy with the first letter of his name being M repeatedly told me I’d receive a email mean while not checking up on my order. Apparently I received a email in my spam yesterday (saw email today) which I called and he said the same thing but if he had taken the time to actually check the status of my order yesterday when I called he could’ve told me how to fix it instead of me finding out a day after and having to call back n having to hear him say the same thing that I’ll receive an email before hearing me out.
