The food is usually good. But the people who work there make me not go back. The young girl wouldnt give me her name, turned her back and ignored me and was just a letter on the reciept. Our order was over 130$ and instead of appreciating our buisness, she was irritated by our large order. When I called back to add two small mac salads the line was off like they took the phone off the hook. When we got there to pick up, the girl got 2 orders wrong and when we tried to tell her she said well that's what I heard. So 2 people got the wrong order because she couldn't make sure our order was correct. The 2 mac salads were put in 1 not even sure if it was 2 orders. Very frustrated at the lack of customer service and rudeness. We used to order L&L at least twice a month as an office, but we jointly agreed we would no longer support this location due to the constant rudeness. I'm glad our new choice appreciates our buisness especially at a time when it is needed. *Also, my order of small katsu plate was missing rice. Who know what else was missing. Extremely upsetting. Ohh another thing, I walked in at the same time one of the employees friends walked in and got their order without paying and she was nice to her, but not paying...
Read moreDecided to give L&L a try as it is our local Hawaiian BBQ place here in 92154! I was impressed! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome. Aaliyah, the cashier at the time, helped me decide what menu item to get as I was fairly new and unfamiliar with the menu item choices. Aaliyah recommended the Chicken Katsu as it is one of their most popular dishes. I was so amazed! The food was quickly prepared and was very warm and freshly cooked! The seasoning and portion sizes were perfect. Aaliyah ensured that I had everything I needed during my meal and that quality customer service is why I am leaving a 5 star review. Businesses with quality food and professionalism from employees like Aaliyah makes me strive to support businesses like these. Well done L&L...
Read moreGot there at 8:40pm, and a employee was already cleaning dine in area, there were two cashiers both without hair up, in a restaurant they are supposed to wear a hair net for a cleanliness and safety standard, the one with black hair kept passing her fingers thru her hair, they didn’t prepare my food so I was ok with that. But I noticed the girl cooking was not wearing a hair net either, and her updo was kind of loosely. People kept coming mostly to pickup orders, and one of the cashiers make the comment that they were stepping on the clean floor, and the one cleaning asked about the time, they said it was almost closing time, I felt not welcome at that time, I used to work at fast food, and we started cleaning after closing. I am definitely not coming back to...
